ConnectGround is a community-based therapy and counseling clinic located in Carlton North, Melbourne, that aims to provide accessible services at a low cost. Our primary goal is to provide accessible and affordable services to individuals in the community who are seeking therapy. We specialise in offering face-to-face sessions on a weekly basis, with a focus on medium to long-term therapy.

At ConnectGround, we understand the importance of the therapeutic relationship in fostering self-awareness and facilitating personal growth. As an extension of the Gestalt Therapy Australia (GTA) four-year psychotherapy training program, our clinic is staffed by GTA students in the final stages of their studies. These interns receive continuous support and supervision from our experienced clinical team, as well as guidance from GTA faculty and their peer groups.

We are committed to continuously improving the quality of our services, and we actively seek feedback from our clients to enhance and strengthen the care we provide. Client evaluation is an essential part of our approach, enabling us to adapt and tailor our services to better meet the needs of our community.

Established in 2013, the ConnectGround Clinic was created to offer students a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in a real-world setting. We offer both individual and group therapy, with a strong emphasis on developing relationships and taking a humanistic approach to treatment. Our goal is to support individuals on their therapeutic journey and facilitate meaningful and lasting change.
